There are few better ways we can think of spending a chilly winter’s evening than sat with your fave gal pals enjoying a glass of wine (or two) and some tasty nibbles. Whether you are giving Veganuary a whirl or just trying to eat a little healthier this month, a cheese feast is off the menu, so we’ve got to get creative!

The girls from Skinny Dipping have shared with us some great ideas for the perfect party spread using Skinny Dipping Dips range of delicious, natural vegetable dips.

Kale, Chilli & Lime Dip with Well&Truly gluten free tortilla


Spicy dip with tortilla chips= THE DREAMIEST COMBO! Garnish your dip with some fresh chillies or chilli flakes to make it super sassy

Charred Aubergine & Lemon Dip with pink radishes


This smokey dip is the perfect partner for crunchy crudités! Fennel and chicory also work great here.

Broadbean & Mint Dip with ciabatta crostini


These crostini make lovely dippers. If you’re really out to impress you can make into little canapes garnished with mint leaves.

For the crostini, thinly slice a ciabatta loaf (about 5mm wide), sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt and pop them on a baking tray in the oven for about 30mins at 150C

This colourful spread will be sure to impresss. And just think of it like this, the healthier the nibbles… the more wine we can drink!
